I've been a hairstylist since 1999, when I earned my license at Gene Juarez in Seattle. After an additional year apprenticing under French master stylist Christophe S., I spent five years behind the chair in Redmond before heading to New York City, where I had the joy of working with celebrity clients including Keri Russell and Sarah Jessica Parker.
In 2007, I moved back home to Metro Detroit to be closer to my family and spent nearly 17 years at Aveda's Salon Legato. My passion for hair and commitment to ongoing education inspired me to open my own salon. With the support of my husband and our amazing boys, I've built a space where I can honor the balance between my career and my family—and I never take for granted how truly lucky I am.
